A COVID-19 project implementing the same concept of easy dismantability and assembly, using similar connections. 3/4” birch plywood serves as the surface for the body to touch, while 1.5” x 1/8” thick hot-rolled, unfinished steel flat bar is bent to form the structure. Bolts and wing nuts make the chair transportable. As this project had to be done from home with little resources available, bending and minimal cutting were important when considering the means of construction.
